IMU today. International Medical University. The bus we took was okay compared to the really nice one we took to Sunway University College. Wae and I sat in front of Esther and Gan. It was an "okay" looking university in Bukit Jalil but the dumb escalators weren't working. So we had to walk all the way up. The speaker was 'Ong Kok __'. Sorry, I forgot his name. Most probably Wae's estranged cousin, ha ha.
Then we got to eat and drink D.I.Y. Milo. Naturally, mine was the most tasteless. Somehow someone's Milo spilled through the rubbish bin. -___-" hehe. The best part was the Medical Museum. We got to see real bones and babies in jars. Yes, babies.. it was sick. and then there was the men's genitals incident with Wae. Apart from that, we saw real livers, spleens, hearts, breasts, testicals, lungs and etc. I think they were in formalin to avoid too much discolouration. Wae kept nagging me about why I was laughing at the parts. Well, they looked pretty funny to me.
Here's a "funny" story. Ryan asked me why I was so quiet today when the speaker asked if we had any questions and You Fei who over heard, said "Grace, quiet ah? Aiyo, the sky is going to fall lah! See, see, see there's a BIG crack." -.- But honestly I wasn't quiet. I mean when 'whatshisname' asked stuff Wae and I answered. So, well the sky isn't going to fall.
And here's a link to John Hopkins University. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you clearly don't know anything about medical schools seeing as JH is the TOP medical school in the world. I found out a few months ago (March I think) and told my mom and brother. My mom was supportive as usual but Aaron laughed out loud. HMPH. Harvard Medical School would also be one of my top choices. haha. :D Gosh, believe it or not, only 9% out of the people that apply get into Harvard Med. Higher than JH actually. and to get in, your brain has to be HUGE because they only accept students who meet a really, really high requirement for SATs. Oh yeah, Harvard is also the top medical school.
So nothing much then. I'm tired and I've got to wash clothes now. so thanks for reading and tata.
