off we go, into the blue wild yonder

Again I have changed the layout style. If you had dropped by in the past hour, this would be surprising result of what I have been playing with earlier. If you had stopped to look every few minutes, you would have seen so many other versions of my blog.

I am feeling mucho better. (does that make sense since 'better' is a comparitive and 'mucho' means much which is also comparitive?) Thank goodness that momentary spasm of the brain has passed. I feel better. I really do. Such a relief it is to be a little (a lot) better than I was an hour ago.

SO. well. I have nothing much to talk about.

Wait, I'll talk about American Idol.

Tonight's show was Country Music and sadly, Adam Lambert murdered Ring of Fire. He killed the song, as in brutally murdered it. Couldn't he have done something by well, frankly there is no country song that would have suited Adam. Anoop Desai has redeemed himself from his attempt at being M.Jackson last week. Danny did well, as always. :D :D

STILL. I wish Adam didn't murder that song. IF he does end up being the one with the lowest votes I do hope the judges use that save of theirs. He can win but gosh, KILLING that song was such a big mistake. :/

Megan Corkrey otherwise known now as Megan Joy was sick. but still, I never really liked her. :/ Sorry to those who do but not for me. Matt Giraud surprised me. I liked his rendition of So Small, which is one of my favourite Carrie Underwood songs. :) Lil' Rounds, her song didn't step up to the version Carrie Underwood. Sad to say.

Michael Sarver, I had no idea what he was saying. But he managed to say a WHOLE lot of words in one breath. Alison did great. as always. Kris Allen was good. But he won't get far in this competition. But clearly, country is the genre for him. Scott did a nice performance. I like it better than the one he did last week. Paula Abdul told him to perform without the piano sometimes but really, Scott dancing? how wrong would that be? @_@

Alexis Grace may look like Dolly Parton but her voice needed to be a little huskier for that country tone. 'Jolene' is such a nice song but without Dolly's tone, it just does not work. I love Alexis though, Dirty Diana last week was realllllyyyy good.

In my humble opinion, bottom two this week is
Adam Lambert (WHY??!?!?!)
Michael Sarver. (:/ love him but not THAT great tonight)
adding to that...
and maybe Megan OR Lil' Rounds for bottom 3.

yay! a nice post. :D :D
